Our Mission
Park Pals WI is a volunteer-run nonprofit bringing families together through play, learning, and connection.
We host free outdoor playgroups where children can explore, create, and grow — while parents and caregivers build friendships and community support.
Our goal is simple: to make early learning, play, and community accessible to every family.
What We Do
We host pop-up playgroups in parks throughout the Southeastern Wisconsin — open to all families and caregivers of young children. You can come when you can, leave when you need, and join as often as you like. No pressure, no cost, no judgment — just play, community, and sunshine.
Pop-Up Playgroups
Come as you are, whenever you can. Registration is required for playgroups and open to all caregivers and children. Each meet-up pops up at a local park - no registration, no pressure, just fresh air and fun.
Circle Time & Play
We begin with a 30-minute Park Pals music and movement program, including a hello song, bubbles, and dancing to get the wiggles out. Afterward, families are invited to stay and enjoy open-ended play—running, exploring, and connecting at their own pace.
Community Connection
Park Pals isn’t just for kids - it’s for caregivers too. Meet other parents, share ideas, trade tips, and build friendships that make this stage of life a little lighter and a lot more joyful.
