All program sessions are designed to align with the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Program Standards as well as the locally-based Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards (WMELS). These sets of standards\, both of which promote high-quality programming for young children and their families\, are supported by science and backed by research professionals in the field of early childhood education (ECE). Sessions are free of charge and take place in county parks and neighborhood facilities—community centers\, school gymnasiums and athletic centers—to help ensure that programming is fully accessible to all who want to participate.
